Cloud Signals and SkyFloX selected for the INTRANSIT DEVELOP 1st Open Call for SMEs
Athens, Greece – Cloud Signals, a pioneering Greek SME specializing in Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions, in collaboration with Luxembourg-based SkyfloX SME, is thrilled to announce the selection of their joint proposal for the “HERMES Airlink: Unleash Your Personal Messenger in the Skies with 5G in-flight” project under the framework of the INTRANSIT DEVELOP 1st Open Call for SMEs program (https://intransitproject.eu/ ).
Cloud Signals and SkyFloX have formed a consortium that successfully competed in the highly selective call, demonstrating a novel approach to enhancing passenger experience by integrating 5G technology for reliable and consistent in-flight connectivity. The “HERMES Airlink” project aims to assess the technical and economic feasibility of offering 5G in flight- connectivity via satellite systems.
